Inside Sales Support Representative
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team. This role will assist in critical sales operations and logistics tasks, ensuring smooth order processing, returns management, and part number creation. The ideal candidate shall be organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Management:
- Process and track RMA requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding processing, return status and next steps.
- Maintain accurate records of all RMA activities.
- Sales Order (SO) Processing:
- Create and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Track order progress and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely closure in the system.
- Address and propose solutions for any discrepancies or issues in the sales order process.
- Logistics & Shipping Support:
- Prepare shipping support documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
- Coordinate with couriers, shipping carriers, and internal teams in supply chain to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Support order fulfillment and resolve any shipping-related issues.
- Part Number (P/N) Creation:
- Generate and manage part numbers in the system.
- Ensure part numbers are correctly documented and aligned with inventory records.
- Work closely with engineering and supply chain teams to maintain accurate product data.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, order management, logistics, or a similar role in technology manufacturing sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes is a must.
- Familiar with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., MAX, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure dealing with situations involving tight deadlines.
